ConceptionX was a first-of-its-kind venture science programme helping PhD candidates commercialise their research. With its first contract secured at University College London, the team needed to build credibility with other leading academic institutions. However, their home-made branding was undermining their ambition — lacking the professional polish and consistency required to establish authority in the academic and venture capital ecosystems.

What We Did

We partnered with Founder & CEO Dr. Riam Kanso to refine and expand on the brand pillars she had developed internally with her team. From this foundation, we delivered a complete rebrand, including:
